Find your flow where history meets heart. Join us twice a week in a beautiful, light-filled Victorian building overlooking Grafton Common. Surrounded by rich woodwork and timeless charm, each class offers space to move, breathe, and reconnect — with yourself and your community. All levels welcome.

Flow
An all-levels class linking breath and movement to build strength, balance, and calm. Leave feeling grounded and refreshed.

Restorative
A gentle, supportive practice to release tension and invite deep rest. Perfect for anyone seeking stillness and renewal.

Youth Stretch
Designed for young athletes (grade 7-12). This class blends mobility, balance, and mindful breathing to improve flexibility, focus, and recovery. A fun way to build strength and prevent injury — on and off the field. Coming Soon.
