Join Katie for Permission to Pause, a 90-minute workshop designed to help you reset and recharge through mindful practices that nurture both body and mind.
Together, we’ll explore gentle yoga flows, grounding breathwork, guided meditation, and deep rest to release tension and invite calm. You’ll also receive a toolkit of take-home practices—including simple breathwork techniques, a mini yoga sequence, journaling prompts, and sensory gifts—that you can use anytime life feels overwhelming.
This workshop is open to all levels and is designed as a safe, supportive space to slow down and reconnect. Come as you are—no expectations, just permission to pause.
