In this 90-minute experience, Katie & Nicole will guide you through a deeply soothing blend of gentle yoga, restorative shapes, and a resonant sound bath designed to help you unwind seasonal tension and nourish your nervous system. With soft movement to warm the body and sound vibrations to calm the mind, this practice invites a sense of spaciousness, grounding, and renewal that is especially needed during these darker, colder months.
